The terms and conditions have been written exclusively to offer clear and concise information about the sales procedures and conditions, which occur between the customers and Dickens Direct. According to these terms, any individual, seller, or company which has made a purchase on dickensdirect.com is certified as a customer.

NOTE: At DickensDirect, we serve as a dropshipping platform, acting as an intermediary between sellers and consumers. Our role is to connect buyers with the products they seek; however, we do not own or hold any rights to the products sold through our website. As such, DickensDirect cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or product-related issues. By purchasing from our platform, customers acknowledge that their transactions are directly with the seller and agree to all terms and conditions outlined on our website, including our policies on shipping, returns, and liability. We encourage all buyers to review these terms carefully to fully understand the scope of our services and the responsibilities of all parties involved.
The terms and conditions are applied to all products sold on www.dickensdirect.com They are activated the moment a customer places an order.
Usage of the website Dickens Direct, www.dickensdirect.com, and any dealings or contracts which are formed, are solely governed by English law. It is also to be noted that in case of dispute or clash, Dickens Direct would favour an out-of-court settlement.
Accurate and comprehensive specification of all products is available on DickensDirect. The delivered product is exactly like the one displayed on the website.
All prices displayed on Dickens Direct are in UK Pounds (£), including the VAT. Shipping fees are not included in the price of products. The prices of the products are liable to change. Apart from the occasional typographical errors, all prices are fixed and final.
Delivery charges
Delivery rates are provided along with every product. All the products listed on Dickens Direct have no delivery charges for Economy Delivery. However, customers can select express shipping options too from affordable rates. Delivery Charges paid are non-refundable.
Any purchase made upon a non-working day or after the cut-off time (03:00 PM) will only be processed on the next available working day. For example. A next working day (The UK only) delivery order placed on a Saturday or Sunday would only be processed on the following Monday. If the order is placed after the cut-off at 03:01 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Standard delivery time for products on Dickens Direct is 2 to 3 days – although the majority of the products should be delivered the very next day after the order is dispatched.
We mean business days
This means we don't count weekends and holidays in delivery times.
A Note for PM Shoppers
If you order after 3:00 pm the delivery time is calculated from 8:00 am the next day. Bear that in mind if you're doing some late-night shopping!
Delayed Delivery
If more than three days have passed and the customer has still not received the order, he/she can contact the customer care department of Dickens Direct to open an inquiry about the late delivery of the order.
When a customer places an order with the DickensDirect website, an email is immediately sent to the registered email ID of the customer.
When the customers fill in product(s) order information while placing an order on the website, it is regarded as a digital invoice.
If a customer wants to cancel his/her order and the order has not yet been dispatched, they can perform the desired action by calling us on +44 333 577 0049 or sending an email to sales@dickensdirect.com which includes their Order ID number and other details. If an order is dispatched before the customer places a cancellation order, they will have to wait to receive the order and then return the product, according to the Warranty policy.
Product availability is displayed alongside every product. If the manufacturing or distribution of a product is stopped, the product is removed from the website. If a product is out of stock but displayed on the website, more information about it can be gathered by calling us at +44 333 577 0049 or sending an email to sales@dickensdirect.com.
If the received order is not in direct compliance with the ordered product (s) or is incomplete, the customer has full right and authority to contact us either via phone or email, disclosing their Order ID and details to get the issue sorted.
If a typographical or any sort of error occurs in the invoice, the customer should immediately contact Dickens Direct and inform them about the issue.
As a token of acknowledgement of the parcel, the carrier will require a signature from the customer. Customers are encouraged to check the parcel immediately, in the presence of the carrier, to ensure no damage has occurred to it. Should the customer have any reservations regarding the parcel, he/she needs to write the comments on the delivery note.
If no complaints or comments are provided on the delivery note, the parcel is deemed to be received in good condition, henceforth, no complaints or claims will be entertained by Dickens Direct regarding the parcel in the future.
All products which are sold on Dickens Direct have been tested and graded to ensure no dispute occurs. It is highly unlikely that a customer will receive a defective/broken product. If such an incident happens with a customer, they are entitled to a DickensDirect warranty which can be availed in the first year of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing flaws or problems with workmanship. Any faults that appear with time due to the customer's usage pattern aren't covered under warranty.
If the fault occurred due to an accident, misuse, exposure to liquid, or any other external factor, or if you have tampered with the phone or attempted a repair yourself and your action invalidates the warranty.
If the phone is not received in the same condition as it was dispatched, it voids our warranty and so we will charge the customer towards repair and if not interested OR the customer doesn’t contact us within 3 calendar days the phone will be returned back in the same condition as it was received.
We have a 30 Days, No Questions Asked return policy. If the customer desires to return the received product because of any reasons:
Keeping the warranty status in mind, Return Instructions shall be provided by our Customer Representative via email, buyer should follow those instructions and return the faulty device back. Failure to follow the instructions could result in a delay in the returns procedure.
Return Processing
Important Note:
At times, due to the nature of the business - mobile phone recycling, areas out of our control, or heavy workload or backlogs, there could be a possible delay in having the orders processed and it might take around 3-5 working days.
Having said this, all the customers are updated on their order status at regular intervals and we strive to have all the orders processed as soon as possible within two working days.
