1. Seller Responsibilities

3. Shipping and Delivery: You are responsible for shipping the products to buyers on time and ensuring the products arrive in good condition.
4. Customer Service: You must respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Fees and Payments

1. Service Fees: Dickens Direct may charge a service fee for each sale made through our platform. These fees will be deducted from your sales revenue.
2. Payment Terms: Payments will be processed and transferred to your designated account as per our payment schedule, subject to the deduction of applicable fees.

3. Prohibited Activities

1. Illegal Products: You are not allowed to sell illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized products on our platform.
2. False Information: Providing false or misleading information about your products is strictly prohibited.
3. Direct Marketing: Sellers are not allowed to directly market to buyers outside of the Dickens Direct platform.

4. Account Management

1. Account Information: Keep your account information up-to-date and secure. Do not share your login details with anyone else.
2. Suspension and Termination: Dickens Direct reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms or engage in any fraudulent activities.

5. Disputes and Complaints

1. Handling Disputes: In the event of a dispute between you and a buyer, you agree to work towards a resolution. If necessary, Dickens Direct may mediate disputes, but we are not responsible for resolving them.
2. Reporting Issues: If you encounter any issues with buyers or the platform, please report them to our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Platform Use: Dickens Direct provides the platform for sellers and buyers to connect. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the platform.
2. Product Liability: As a seller, you are responsible for the products you list and sell on the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

Dickens Direct may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under Hong Kong law.
